Job Role & Functions:
Our company is looking for a junior associate responsible for handling tasks of diverse nature across our teams.
The Junior Associate will be working on coordinating with the Research, Data and Social Media teams to handle incoming phone calls and other communications, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications.
They will be responsible for liaising between different teams at the company to enable smooth coordination, and creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
The Junior Associate will work across different teams to help with their requirements.
They will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Associates.
