Job Profile:
- As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work alongside other senior Business Analysts.
- Your main tasks will include understanding systems and documenting its processes.
- Along with that you will also perform User Acceptance Testing.
- You will be required to create presentations of business processes and interact with clients to deploy these.
- You will be part of design teams where you will work with Clients to understand and document their requirements.
- You will also be the critical link who translates these finding to the development team and then ensure adherence to plan. In short, to succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Requirements:
- Your key USP has to be strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and you have to be extremely adept at using computers.
- Candidates should be having a degree in some management stream (e.g. BMS, BBA, MBA etc.) and preferably should have worked in the Software field especially on web applications and ERP solutions.
