Junior Clerk recruitment in Parliament of India on direct recruitment basis


Parliament of India recruiting 31 Vacancies for the post of Junior Clerk


Qualification : Bachelor‟s degree in any discipline from a recognised university and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English/Hindi stream. Preference will be given to persons having typing speed of 40 words per minute both in English and Hindi. Desirable : Certificate in computer course recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or courses equivalent to 'O' Level in terms of syllabus and duration of course as prescribed by DOEACC.


No. of Vacancies : 31 vacancies (01 SC, 05 ST, 09 OBC and 16 UR)


Age : 27 years


Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200


Selection Process : Eligible candidates will be required to appear in the examination as per the following scheme: I. Preliminary Examination, II. Main Examination


Centres of Examination :  In case sufficient number of eligible candidates prefer to take examination in Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai, Joint Recruitment Cell may hold the preliminary examination in these cities also besides Delhi.
