Junior Consultant: Programme implementation (03 Positions)

Qualification : i. Master’s Degree in Development Studies/ Gender Studies/Social Sciences / Management or any other related field. ii. Minimum of 3-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable. iii. Proven experience of programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation iv. Age should not exceed 35 years as on date. v. Good understanding and knowledge of women’s issues, policies and programmes of Government at national level. vi. Ability and Willingness to extensively travel to states/districts vii. Ability to work individually as well as in Team.

 

Junior Consultant: Monitoring & Evaluation (03 Position)

Qualification : i. Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences/Economics/Women’s Studies/Law/Statistics/Development Studies/Gender Studies or any other related field. ii. Minimum of 3-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable. iii. Age should not exceed 35 years as on date. iv. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques, developing M&E systems, collection and analysis of data. v. Excellent understanding and knowledge of women’s issues and policies and programmes of the government, at the National and State level. vi. Good knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS Office packages. Working knowledge of spread sheet and presentation packages. vii. Ability and Willingness to extensively travel to states/districts viii. Ability to work individually as well as in Team.

 

Junior Consultant : Training, Capacity building & Documentation (01 Position)

Qualification : i. Master’s Degree in Economics/ Social Science/ Social work/Development Studies/ Gender Studies or any other related field. ii. Minimum of 3-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable. iii. Age should not exceed 35 years as on date. iv. Proven experience in training and documentation related work-developing training manuals, documents, interactive tools and effective communication material v. Familiar with subject of declining child sex ratio, PC&PNDT Act, MTP Act and other legislations, Government’s schemes and programmes.

 

Junior Consultant: Finance and Administration (01 position)

Qualification : i. Master’s Degree in Financial management/ Accounting/ any other related field. ii. Minimum of 3-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable iii. Age limit up to 35 years. iv. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. v. Knowledge of Accounting software and databases. vi. Knowledge of government programme and procedures (noting & drafting) would be an added advantage vii. Ability and Willingness to extensively travel to states/districts. viii. Ability to work individually as well as in Team.

Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 60,000/- (inclusive of Transport Allowance of Rs. 5000/- month)

 

Young Professional-Programme Implementation (01 position)

Qualification : i. Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies/Gender Studies/Social Sciences/ Management or any other related field. ii. Minimum of 1-3 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable. iii. Proven experience of programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation iv. Age should not exceed 28 years as on date. v. Good understanding and knowledge of women’s issues, policies and programmes of Government at national level. vi. Ability and Willingness to extensively travel to states/districts vii. Ability to work individually as well as in Team.

 

Young Professional-Finance and Administration (01 position)

Qualification : i. Bachelor’s Degree in Financial management/ Accounting/ any other related field. ii. Minimum of 1-3 years of progressively responsible professional experience. Previous experience of working with the Government/NGO/International Organizations is highly desirable iii. Age should not exceed 28 years as on date. iv. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. v. Knowledge of Accounting software and databases. vi. Knowledge of government programme and procedures would be an added advantage vii. Ability and Willingness to extensively travel to states/districts. viii. Ability to work individually as well as in Team.

Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 30, 000/- (inclusive of Transport Allowance of Rs. 5000/- month)
