Job Description
Job Position: Jr. Customer Advocate - Not for Accounts/Finance
Required Skills:
- Position requires a very good team player having a blend of excellent solution provider Attitude
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with client over emails/call/text to check the project health
- Need to chase client to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms
- Need to chase development team to make sure the work on the project is going as per the agreed scope of work
- Need to coordinate with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client
- In case there is any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be escalated further level, well within the time
- Escalation handling is a plus
