- Ability to sustain a conversation
- Responsible for dealing with Customers Queries
- Responsible for making & handling client over telephonic calls
- Possess positive attitude & should be goal oriented
- Should be courteous, professional and polite
- Ability to deal all telephone queries in a professional manner
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Flexible to work in any shifts preferably night
