Job Role: Junior Designer
- We are looking for
a Junior Designer to create good machine designs according to
requirements.
- You will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer
to produce quality work.
- In this role, you should be highly imaginative
and have a sharp eye for visual detail.
- If you are passionate about
design and are eager to learn more through various projects, we’d like
to meet you.
- You goal will be to create logical, accurate and error free
engineering designs for machines that are easy to manufacture, easy to
assemble and also easy to use.
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create draft sketches and 3D models.
- Produce final 2D engineering drawings with proper GD&T
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the workflow.
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects.
- Use feedback from leaders to improve work
- 0-1 year experience as a Junior Designer
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g. Solidworks)
- Familiarity with Engineering Drawings (various projections)
- Understanding of physical objects and ability to construct them in mind
- Good communication ability
- Teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
