Job Description
- Position:- Junior Engineer

- Educational Qualification:- Diploma/B.E - Ex /Extc /Mech
- Work Experience:- Minimum 0 - 6 months
- Analyse, Identify and fix core technical issues.
- Develop and establishing work ethics with internal customers.
- Regularly co-coordinating with other geographic locations.
- Develop & maintain good relationship with co-workers and seniors.
- Attending customer calls/tickets and address to their queries.
- Strong communication skill and Technical knowledge.
- Good Confidence & training skills.
- Pleasant personality and strong presentation skill.
- Must be self-motivated and ambitious to achieve given targets.
- Ability to understand internal client requirements.
- Knowledge about computers and networks.
- Should understand basic design and mechanical joints, gears, motors.
- Should be able to rework/solder electronic components on circuits if needed.

The physical inspection is replaced by the photographs, and travel to diamond centers is replaced by the Internet e-commerce platform.
