JSE Engineering produces building services (MEP) BIM models at varying levels of detail, dependent upon our client at different phases of our project. Ranging from conceptual design models, to fully coordinated models.

• Engineering Calculation includes
• Heat gain calculation
• Hydraulic calculation
• Stress analysis
• FD analysis for smoke and ventilation
• ESP calculation
• We can also manage and coordinate all BIM & CAD activities throughout the project, including the coordination and integration of models developed by Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, MEP contractors and specialist’s sub-contractors. 
• If multiple platform integration is required throughout the project, we ensure the highest level of interoperability, to an effective and efficient collaboration between project teams.
• JSE Engineering is one of the few outsourcing CAD companies with the knowledge and training to prepare low cost, high-quality MEP coordinated shop drawings.
• Our building services MEP Cad team is lead by qualified and experienced mechanical and electrical engineers who are responsible for all aspects of MEP drawings. 
• We ensure that all our coordinated MEP shop drawings are accurately dimensioned, elevated and identified. We also check for collisions and detail the drawings based on client specific requirements.
• JSE completed more than 15000 MEP shop drawings.
