1. Post Name: Sr. Manager /Head (Human Resources)
Job Description:
a. Responsible for all human resource management related functions.
b. Induction and training of personnel on functional requirement and engaging a short-term manpower deployment agency.
c. Responsibility for finalization of output and outcome norms for individual work stations, succession planning, document management system, etc.
d. Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training and development of department staff and ensure an effective and motivated team.
e. Initiate culture building, driving organizational values and implementing new strategic HR initiatives
f. Oversee IR related activities to ensure complete compliance to statutory labour laws and service rules/ standing orders.
g. Oversee disciplinary action process to ensure appropriate and timely disciplinary action is taken in cases of employee indiscipline.
h. Oversee redresser process to ensure timely attendance to queries/ concerns/ grievances of employees and address their concerns and grievances.
i. Initiate action to improve relationship with key stakeholders and initiate a process for handling employee grievances/ concerns objectively.
j. Recommend initiatives to improve departmental procedures and SOPs.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed multinational or highly reputed national company, out of which at least 02 years shall be on managing a team of over 350+ employees
Qualification: Graduation: Any Graduate AND Post-Graduation: MBA (HR/Personnel Management) / MSW/MHRM (Full-time courses) from UGC recognised Institute

1. Post Name: Senior Executive/ Executive Officer (Sales Accounting)
Job Description:
a. Cost effective procurement of raw material within timelines and quality parameters
b Coordinating and regular follow up with vendor and sites
c. Evaluating vendors and negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions
d. Developing alternative local sources for cost effectiveness
e. Work on effective procurement and logistics procedure
f. Studying/Gathering/Surveying information on emerging products in the market
g. Analyzing vendors for getting insights knowledge for better negotiations & understanding the price reasonability
h. Effective management of vendor Data base and ABC classification of Vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality and timely delivery
i. Timely clearance of vendor payments and handling vendor inquiries
j. Developing various reports and MIS
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Qualification: B.Com /BBA/ICWA/Inter CA with M.Com/MBA
Remuneration: Pay Scale shall commensurate with skills, experience and market trends
Location: Initial posting will be Vadodara, however candidate may be placed anywhere in India on the basis of company’s requirement in future. Fluency in local language is desirable.

Job Description:
Knowledge of SAP/ERP module desirable. Finalization of Accounts of the company. Processing of payroll in SAP. Bill processing of vendors & passing various Journal entries in SAP. Preparation of Cash flow s ta tement
Accounting o f Bank Receipts & Payments & Bank Re concilia tion. Asset Accounting. Compliance of Direct Tax & Indirect Tax by paying statutory dues, filing of returns. Various reconciliation activities like VendorCustomer, sales vs. collection, GSTR-2A/2B vs Purchase register etc
