Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate
- B.Sc/B.Com/BBM/PGDBM/ MBA ( Preferably in HR)
- Fresher's looking to build a career in HR Ops.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to present to Senior Management team.
- Strong interpersonal & aptitude skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates pursuing graduation are not eligible
- Only fresher's can apply
- Salary 15K per month
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Maintain all personnel files.
- Oversee performance evaluation procedures.
- Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing.
- Update and maintain HRIS (Work day/Leave system)
- Maintain current professional insurance policies and act as point person for insurance certificate requests from staff, vendors and clients.
- Complete ownership of HR systems to ensure data is up to date & all employee records are accurate.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Aptitude Test ( Online Test - 30 Mins)
- HR Manager Round
- Discussion with AVP-HR- Offer negotiation.
