Job Description :

The incumbent will be responsible for efficient execution and management of all works allotted to him/her. The role will involve the following:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

2. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

3. Maintenance of E-Governance Application of GSIDC

4. Creation and Maintenance of E-Tenders hosted by GSIDC, Publishing of tenders, Regular updation of GSIDC Website after receiving information from Engineering and other sections of GSIDC

5. Maintaining & Updating necessary reports / documents, Drafting of Notes, documents, agenda items, etc. as per requirements of Supervisors

6. Assist in EPABX, Electrical and AC Maintenance of GSIDC office

7. Receiving and processing the Landline and Mobile bills of officials and staff of GSIDC

8. Purchase of Computer, Printer and Photocopier Consumables for the Corporation.

Compiling of LAQs as and when required.

9. Compiling of RTI reports based on the applications received and information provided after approval of the Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority

10. Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate reporting head
