Job Description

  • Monitoring the transactions details
  • Monitoring the Web Interface
  • In case of transaction failure, following the escalation matrix and informing the same
  • Running Unix comments
  • Preparing MIS reports
  • Coordinating with internal departments & clients
  • Team management
  • Responsible for team shift schedules
  • Reporting to the Management on Tech Ops unit performance
  • Monitoring activity on transactions and web interfaces captured and circulated in MIS reports
  • Transaction failures quickly identified and appropriately escalated
  • Communication of issues via appropriate department contacts
  • Team resourced, trained and scheduled to meet current and anticipated needs
