Responsible for preparing and maintenance of MIS Report | Trims | Test Report | Inspection Report on Daily basis
Co-coordinating with suppliers for Prices | Quality | Production status updates | Samples report and maintain report on demand | weekly basis.
Collection and maintenance of all shipment related documents (Shipment Samples & Swatches) and maintain report on demand | weekly basis.
Preparing SO for all the orders
Prompt & immediate reply for supplier mail | Oral communication as per the Order status.
Co-ordinate with QC & update the production status to the Reporting Manager and maintain reports.
Updating Sampling & Enquiry Status.
Responsible for maintaining sample stock room..
Fabric & Home textile knowledge will be added as an advantage
