Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to senior engineer
- Daily Request and Support
- Ensure to reach the defined KPI performance
- IT Asset management (includes insurance tracking etc.)
- IMAC request/support
- Escalate the problem to the senior engineer
- Provide support, remotely or directly at the field for the service request dispatched by IT Support Centre or directly from User.
- Provide L1/L2 Support, problem diagnosis, work out the resolution.
- Responsible for reporting all unresolved problem and close the ticket for all completed task
- Adhere to employee entry and exit policy
- Have strong communication and customer service skils
- Perform under pressure
- Ability to effectively understand and respond to emails
- Fluent in English – Read / Write and Speak. Onsite support and phone admin need to communicate effectively with local users and local IT directly regarding case sharing, analysis, and to work out the resolution.
- Problem solver and adhere to changing process and procedures
- Customer friendly attitude
- Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office support
