Key Responsibilities Area:
Attending Inbound/Outbound Calls.
Resolving the query with a QA matrix.
Identifying Prospects Needs.
Generating potential transition/migration/switching of B2C / B2B.
Contract renewal.
Educating Customers for upgrading service & closing sales functions.
Archiving milestones as per operation needs.
End to End Customer Life Cycle.
