Junior Project Fellow

Junior Project Fellow
(JPF 02) 

Pay Scale: Rs. 20,000 + HRA per month as per institute norms

Age limit: 28 years

Qualification:  First class Master degree in Botany, biotechnology, forestry, Zoology, Environmental Science and other fields of basic science from a recognized university Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience of R&D based project with good report writing and computer skills. HPSBB funded project titled ‘Preparation of People Biodiversity Register of Kullu district with all representative blocks’

Junior Project Fellow (JPF 01) 

Pay Scale:Rs. 16,000 per month

Age limit: 28 years

Qualification: First class Master Degree in Botany, Forestry, Environmental science/Bioscience/biotechnology or equivalent from recognized university. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in plant ecology, taxonomy, RSGIS, niche modelling, tissue culture, data analysis, report writing, presentation skills and capable of carrying out field research in higher altitude regions. NMHS Funded Project ‘Returning taxus to the forests and the people: a study of Shimla and Kullu district of Indian Himalayan Region’ 

Junior Project Fellow (JPF 01)

Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000 + HRA per month

Age limit: 28 years

Qualification: First class Master Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Environmental Science from a recognized University.

Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in aerosol studies and related modeling. ISRO Funded Project ‘Aerosols climatology over the north-western Indian Himalayan region, Himachal Pradesh’
