Junior Project Fellows/Field Assistant Jobs recruitment in Zoological Survey of India

Title : “Assessment of moths (Lepidoptera) as significant pollinators in the Himalayan Ecosystem of North-East India’’

 

1. Junior Project Fellows (JPF) /02 Post

Qualification: M. Sc. in Zoology/Life Sciences/or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Desirable Experience: Experience/ knowledge/ interest on field data collection/ Bioinformatics/ Taxonomy/ Molecular Phylogeny/ Ecology/ GIS/ Climate change/Computer and statistical analysis.

Age Limit: 28 years as on 30th April, 2018.

 

 

2. Junior Project Fellows (JPF)/01 Post

Qualification: M. Sc. in Botany with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Desirable Experience: Experience/ knowledge/ interest on field data collection/ Bioinformatics/ Taxonomy/ Molecular Phylogeny/ Ecology/ GIS/ Climate change/Computer and statistical analysis. Candidates having background of pollen related studies will be preferred.

Age Limit:  28 years as on 30th April, 2018.

 

3. Field Assistant /01 Post

Qualification: B.Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects from a recognized university. Desirable Experience: Field experience and knowledge of computer will be an added advantage.

Age Limit:  40 years as on 30th April, 2018.
