Project : Development of low glucosionlate phvtic acid
mutants of low erucic acid tenotvaes in Indian Mustard under BRNS Project.
Qualification :
M.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Agriculture Biochemistry/Genetics & Plant Breeding
with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate
degree in Basic Sciences in above subjects with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2
years Master's degree should have NET qualification. Preference will be given
to Biochemistry Candidates.
Desirable:
Knowledge of computer application, handling of instruments in the laboratory
e.g. spectrophotometer. GLC, HPLC, NMR etc. and experience in conduct of lab
and Field experiments.
Age: 30 years for
JRF. Relaxation of 5 years for Women candidates and relaxation to reserved
category candidates as per G01/ ICAR rules.
