Job Description
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Entitled: “Synthesis and study of TMDC and Core-shell QDs and their application on hybrid light-emitting transistors (LETs) for low-voltage and low-power consumption”, under Prof. A. K. Ghosh sanctioned up to 03 years.
Qualification: The candidates should be M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55 % marks and have qualified NET/GATE. Preference will be given to the NET qualified candidates. The candidate appearing in the M.Sc. (final) examination may also apply. However, they should produce mark-sheet of final examination at the time of interview.
Salary: Rs. 30,000/- p.m
