Title of The Project: To develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based machine learning solutions to enable prediction of occurrence of fire in Open cast mines extracting locked coal pillars with safety

Tenure of Project Initial appointment will be for one year. Maximum tenure of the appointment will be for two years or till the end of the project, whichever is earlier, based on the performance.
Job Description (in maximum of 100 words) on the performance.:
a. The project fellow assists in various techniques to develop an Artificial Intelligence (A1) based machine learning solutions to enable prediction of occurrence of fire in Open cast mines extracting locked coal pillars with safety, and developing corresponding Hardware as well.
b. The project fellow needs to apply programming languages like Android/Python to implement various techniques for an Artificial Intelligence (A1) based machine learning solutions to enable prediction of occurrence of fire in Open cast mines extracting locked coal pillars with safety, and also should have basic knowledge for IoT/ML implementations using Raspberry , Arduino, etc.
Essential Qualification: First Class throughout the academic career. M.Tech. and B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent from reputed institutions.
Desirable Qualification: GATE/NET Qualified.
Fellowship Consolidated Rs. 31,000/- pm.plus HRA as per rules of the Institute.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for JRF is 32 years at the time of appointment. (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWFemale candidates as er GOI rules .
