Job Description
Indian Institute of Technology Goa (IIT Goa) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Nature of work The project involves the design and synthesis of novel metal complexes that are suitable for the hydroamination reaction of alkenes. JRF will be trained in organic and organometallic synthesis and catalysis.
No. of Position One
Duration of appointment For a period of 1 year. It may be further extended on the performance of the candidate and the availability of funding.
Essential qualification: Master degree in Chemistry. Must have a valid GATE, NET-LS/JRF etc.
Desirable : Experience in synthetic chemistry in an academic lab or industry. Must be acquainted with relevant analytical techniques.
Salary Rs. 31,000/- (as per norms)
