JRF position under SERB-DST funded project
Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in the Department of Chemical Engineering at BITS Pilani- K.K. Birla Goa Campus for a SERB-DST Funded Project titled “Continuous Flow Oil-Water Separation System Using Smart Separators Capable of Low-Voltage Wettability Switching”
Principal Investigator: Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sow
Broad Area of Research: Electrochemical reactions, material synthesis using
electrodeposition, Surface wettability, Design and testing of oil-water
separation systems
Duration of project: 3 years
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000 (1st & 2nd Year), Rs. 35, 000(3rd Year)
OR
As applicable based on the SERB Guidelines
Last date of application: 7th October, 2019
Qualifications: M.E./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical
Engineering with valid GATE score. Preference will be given to candidates
having GATE score.
M.Sc. Chemistry with NET /GATE qualification
