Qualification
a. Essential: M. Sc (Physics or Materials Sciences) with 1st division
b. Desirable: Basic knowledge on two dimensional layered materials, semiconductor physics and photovoltaic energy conversion.
c. GATE qualification.
Stipend: Rs. 31,000 + 8% HRA/pm with GATE/UGC-NET qualification
Duration: 3 years.
