their circuits”.
Essential
Qualifications: ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics/Physics or subject related
to the project. Candidates having good academic and research background and
GATE score will be given preference.
Desirables:
Candidates having knowledge of Semiconductor Device Modelling and Expertise in
TCAD tools.
Stipend: Rs.
25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications and as per the DST
guidelines.
