Junior Research Fellow/Project Assistant job recruitment in Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences.

Qualification :

Essential for JRF: M. Sc. With minimum 55% marks in Physics/Atmospheric science/space physics and NET/GATE qualified. Preferential: Good knowledge of computer in window/Linux and programming in Fortran/IDL/Python/Matlab and Origin/Sigma plot and working experience with instrumentation related to meteorological measurements. Candidate is expected to work in a collaborative environment and will be encouraged to publish his/her work and pursue PhD.

Essential for Project Assistant: M. Sc. With minimum 55% marks in Physics/Atmospheric science/space physics and basic knowledge of WINDOS/ LINUX operating systems, experience on working with Microsoft office package.

Salary :

JRF will get the standard fellowship (Rs. 25000/month + admissible HRA)

Project assistant will get a fixed salary of Rs. 15000/month

Age : 28 years as on the date of interview.
