Junior Research Fellowship/Senior Research Fellowship - Research
Project Title: Single Input Multiple Output (SIMO) DC-DC Converter for Normal SOCs(SOC)

Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs.35000(depending upon qualification & experience)
Department/School/Centre: Electrical Engineering
Qualifications: JRF : M. Tech OR B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with valid GATE/NET score @ 31000/-pm SRF : Same as JRF with two years research experience @ 35000/-pm PhD candidate may produce expired GATE certificate Presently enrolled B.Tech students in the final semester may also apply, provided that if they can produce provisional mark sheet of the all the semester, including the final semester during the time of interview.
Relevant Experience: Experience in analog VLSI circuits or analog-mixed signal VLSI circuits or power management VLSI circuits will get due preference. IC (integrated circuit) design experience will be an added advantage. Prior industry experience in VLSI or power management may be an added advantage. JRF : Age Limit on the date of Advertisement: Upper age limit is 28 year. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/ Visually Handicapped and female applicant SRF : Age Limit on the date of Advertisement: Upper age limit is 32 year. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/ Visually Handicapped and female applicant
