Junior Resident (Non-PG) (58 Posts) job recruitment in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College Safdarjung Hospital.
Total no. Of vacancies: 58 (UR= 11, OBC= 28, SC= 14 ,ST= 5)
Qualification : MBBS Degree from a Recognized University & must be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600-39100 under Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Duration of Residency : One year in two subjects for six Months each.
Application Fee : Application fees of Rs. 500/- for general candidates and Rs. 250/- for OBC candidates & no fees required for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Application fees to be paid through NEFT & RTGS or online transferred. Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Safdarjung Hospital started
as an American Army Base Hospital during the II World war. In 1947 it
was made annexe to Irwin Hospital (Presently LNJP Hospital). It was
taken over by the Central Government in 1954 and named as Safdarjung
Hospital. Until the inception of All India Institute of Medical Science
in 1956, Safdarjung Hospital was the only tertiary care hospital in
South Delhi. Based on the needs and developments in medical care the
hospital has been regularly upgrading its facilities from diagnostic and
