Job Description
- Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Candidate with working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and basics of SQL queries will be preferred
- Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration
- Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organizations
- Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
- Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives
- Be an example and a technical resource to the team
- Develop project proposals
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Should have good IQ
- Good communication skills
