- Desktop and outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Installation and maintenance of Windows 2008/2012/vista/7/8/8.1/10.
- Installation and Configuration of MAC OS X (10.7,8,9 and 10)
- Back up and restoring files and settings
- Installation and maintenance of AD, DNS and DHCP in 2008/2012 Servers.
- Setup and handle issues in TCP/IP, IIS & FTP
- MS Patching and resolving the security based problems
- Trouble shooting server based problems with root cause analysis
- Managing LAN and WAN environment
- Configuring and maintenance of printers and network printers.
