Junior Trainer- Python / Java Jobs in Coimbatore - Xplore IT Corp

• An organized and experienced candidate who has sound knowledge in Python/ Java programming to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering the training and development plan.
• The trainer should follow the instructions and learning resources such as study materials and guides.

• The trainer should be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator with knowledge on the latest technology/tools and resources, who is motivated to improve students' training and performance by encouraging them and being able to take the lead.

• The trainer will also be responsible for student's projects and research and also selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.

• The trainer should have strong batch management skills with the ability to supervise multiple batches, multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals with Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Trainer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, information technology, Computer Technology or related field.
• Sound Knowledge in Python, Java.

*Knowledge in Web Technology, Networking, Ethical Hacking, and Cyber Security seems to be an added advantage.

• Proficient technical and programming skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
