Karur Vysya Bank Limited (KVB) invites applications for the position of Sales and Service Associate
The Karur Vysya Bank Limited, a leading Private Sector Bank in India invites online applications for appointment of Sales & Service Associate (on contract) from the qualified candidates.
1. Position: Sales & Service Associate (on contract)
2. Academic Qualification: As on 31.03.2022
a) Any candidate who has completed Under Graduate Degree under a regular course from a college affiliated with a recognized University with 50% of marks and above.
b) Any Degree obtained through Correspondence or Open University is not eligible.
c) If the percentage of marks is in CGPA mode, the same should be converted into an equivalent percentage.
d) Candidates should be conversant in the Local language where he is posted
e) Candidates should have working knowledge of English
f) Candidates should possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler in their name
g) Candidates with a minimum 1-year of experience in the sale of BFSI products are preferred
3. Compensation:
a) The selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis for a period of one year initially and the salary would be on a consolidated basis in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 depending upon the candidate's experience and place of posting.
b) Apart from the salary, there are no other benefits.
c) Candidates selected are liable to be posted/placed as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
4. Service Agreement: The selected candidates will be required to execute the Service Agreement (in Non-Judicial Stamp paper) upon joining the Bank.
5. Job Description :
a) Assist and educate the customers to use our digital / technology products.
b) Cross-selling of bank’s products.
c) Lead generation and ensure 100 % conversion of customers to a digital platforms.
d) Improving the customer experience and ensuring delightful service to the customers by promoting and using an array of digital products/services offered by the bank.
e) Be conversant with various digital products/platforms available in the bank.
f) Resolve any issues that may arise while using digital products.
g) Assist customers by demonstrating the use of our digital applications, products, and service.
h) Any candidate having a keen interest in sales may apply.

Minimum 21 years & Maximum 28 years as on 31.03.2022
