Job Description
Duties & Responsibility:
- Owning and achieving targets set out for various products applicable to group sales
- Comprehensive market mapping in designated geography or segmented verticals
- Ensure competitive presence in every opportunity leading to closure within the geography or segmented verticals
- Ensure a strong funnel of potential opportunities is maintained, at all times, to meet monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual targets
- Relationship management with new and existing clients as well as with multiple intermediaries
- Interact with group operations, actuarial, legal, finance, investments and other related departments to seamlessly achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies; 8) Develop self for potential growth into leadership roles in the future. Knowledge:
- Comprehensive & proven working knowledge of group sales products, markets, trends, sensitivities, regulations, etc, in the life insurance industry; Strong working skills on MS Office - specific strengths in MS Excel; Financial Market Knowledge Communication, Presentation, Negotiation skills, Business analytics.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in financial services , at least 3 years of experience in selling various financial /investment products incorporates , preferably with exposure to group sales in life insurance companies.
- Group sales experience (life insurance), of at least 3 to 5 years, out of the total experience of at least 8 to 10 years in financial services, will be preferred and will carry high weightage,
- Preferred: Presentable, MBA, 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales, interested in dealing in Group Insurance product with Excellent in communication.
