Internal stakeholder management and coordination with regional Ops Team, HR and Support Team.
Ensure client relationship, monthly reviews, weekly report and clinical services tracking.
Patient journey manager on Ops portal, SOP to be followed for internal documentation and process protocols.
Service level tracking and coordination with central Coordinator, Nurses ,Doctors, Ops Manager and data management until service delivery with quality efficiency.
