Job Description

Job Summary

Key Account manager sales will be responsible for handling the overseas customers and their queries related to products, dispatch etc. They are a part of our Export oriented unit Tru Herb.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation.

  • Handling customer/'s queries for products.

  • Follow up with customers for orders and payments.

  • Setting up sales meetings with the sales head for closures.

  • Email marketing.

  • Maintaining customer databases, updates.

  • Sending and drafting proposals for customers.

  •  

    Required Competencies:

  • Good acumen on sales and marketing and polished communication.

  • Zeal to learn and grow in the career. Willingness to take up work on own accords.

  • Multi-lingual- English and any worldwide spoken language like French and German will be an add-on.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team oriented environment.

  • Ability to solve problems across functional areas and multi-tasker.

    Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Incumbent with at least 1-2 years of experience in herbal powders or nutraceutical FMCG, Pharma, B2B  or export oriented units sales.

  • Education Qualification : B,Com./ M.B.A in Marketing. Any fresher with a masters’ in marketing or related field having a flair to make a career in sales and BD.
