Job Description Role:

·         School located in Kurumbapalayam – Sathy road, Coimbatore. Candidate nearby area only can apply

·         Qualification: bachelor’s degree/ Master degree with B.Ed / Montessori Diploma Course

·         Minimum 5 to 10 years of Experience in relevant Field.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Lead by example by being early adopters of new ideas/processes/tools and ensuring that their team members live the In venture culture

·         Ensure delivery of homework schedules and submissions (homework log)

·         Follow up on timely preparation of test and exam papers and submission to the Management.

·         Check on timely completion of corrections (Homework, Classwork, Formative and Summative Assessments)

·         Ensure maintenance of student Code of Conduct records

·         Ensure that student scorecards are maintained and updated in the assigned

·         A regular check of uniform and student tardiness (escalated from Grade Teachers) 3.

·         Ensure that Student Attendance records are updated regularly (end of every month)

·         Ensure that new student is assigned - a buddy, locker, books, resource materials, etc.

·         Ensure timely response to parent queries by subject teachers/grade teachers

·         Ensure that class bulletin boards are used effectively and changed periodically

·         Setting goals and targets for the teachers in consultation with the appropriate Head of School

·         Contribute to the evaluation of the performance of the teachers
