Skills & Abilities:
- Basic English

- Ability to work under pressure
- Should be flexible to work in shifts allotted
- Should be comfortable with inter café transfers (within Pune and ROM)
- Educational Qualifications: SSC/ H.S.C
- Fresher’s or any from any relevant field
- Age 18-24yrs
- Customer service.
- Preparation and serving coffees, food and other beverages
- Cashiering, stock management, inventory control
- Opening & closing of café. (rotating shifts 10 hours)
- Maintaining café hygiene in the premises of the cafe
- Adhering to all rules and regulations set as per companies
- standard operating procedures.
- Wastage control measures
- Participating in all training programs designed as per the schedule
