Job Description
- Looking for the Assistant Kitchen or Catering Supervisor with catering or canteen background with experience in purchasing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring food cost on day today basis at the hostels
- Reducing overall cost of materials and wastage.
- Experience in Maintaining Inventory register
- Maintaining Quality of the food
- Contacts with the wholesale vendors/ Metro.
- Understanding of preparation of food- basics.
- Menu Planning
- Managing complete Kitchen staff- cooks, helpers,etc.
- MIS.
- Budget/ Cost Analysis for Kitchen materials
- Rs 15,000/- to Rs 18,000/- take home with food, accommodation free worth Rs 8000/-, along with PF and medical benefits
