Trade / Discipline Stipend :
Engineering Graduates- Rs.10,000/- per month
Non Engineering Graduates - Rs 10,000/- per month
Diploma Holders - Rs 7,500/- per month
ITI Holders - Rs 5,000/- per month
Who Can Apply : The scheme would be open to brilliant students in the age group of 18-25 years and who have passed ENGINEERING/NON ENGINEERING DEGREE/DIPLOMA/ITI in the streams mentioned below and passed out not earlier than 2014. The Candidates who had secured minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examinations will only be eligible to apply.
Selection Process : The selection will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examinations/test/interview.
The selected candidates will undergo one year on the job training in KMRL. Upon the completion of the one year training period, the candidates will be given a service certificate and will be discharged from the training. In the event of discontinuation during the middle of the training period, no service certificate will be issued to the candidate under any circumstances.
