4. Eligibility: a) Retired Railway IRPS Officer:- Retired SAG IRPS officer having more than 25 years of Group 'A' service.
5. Holding CDA Pay Band + Grade Pay at the time of retirement: Retired SAG in 7th CPC Pay Matrix
6. Job Description:- Officer shall be responsible for all Personnel Department works related to Human Resource. He shall report to Director(Finance) and CMD/KRCL.
