Job Description
Eligibility :
- BE/ B.Tech/BA/BBA/BBM/B.Com/ M.Com( Commerce/Accounting)/ MBA/ MCA candidates from 2014-2016 batches.
Requirements :
- Experience working on complex Back-Office support services/operations (including, but not restricted to insurance) will be an added advantage.
- Good Interpersonal Skills & command over English (verbal and written).
- Ability to interact with client via email or phone regularly to provide status updates & learn new tasks.
- Ability to independently operate a variety of client systems and performs a wide range of insurance tasks.
- Ability to analyze multiple documents, follow set rules and handle Complex work.
- Must be willing to travel to US/China for process training and flexible to work in shifts.
- The work is quite detail-oriented and intense – ability to Pay attention to details, thorough & be Methodical.
- The work is fairly Complex – ability to Follow Instructions, be Process oriented & Follow Key steps.
- Needs to be Highly Quality conscious.
- Ability to Troubleshoot/Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
- Needs to have a High level of Ownership.
- The training extends for 2/3 months – ability to stay focused for an extended period of time.
- The work is unique and each task is different – need to have Aptitude to Learn Multiple tasks/Quick Learner.
- The work requires you to independently solve problems – ability to think logically, analyse & make decisions.
- Since it’s a full-time career in Insurance - need to be thoughtful and customer centric to deliver excellence
The US insurance business is a pretty complex business, with several insurance providers, multiple stakeholders, complex processes, detailed procedures, frequent updates, several systems/applications to work on and high quality standards.
