Job Summary
Hiring a candidate at Managerial level to supervise KYC done by his/her team members in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Train/Manage team members and customers with process of banking process and other products
- Should have experience of working in a banking process like Document verification etc
- Should be able to educate customer about the different bank products like credit card/Debit
- card/KYC/Saving account/Current account to the clients coming to bank
.
Required Experience and Qualifications
HSC/ 12th pass
Good communication skills English/ Hindi and Bengali
Basic Computer knowledge
Documents required is pan card and adhar card
