Designation: L1 Support Engineer
Job Description:
- Maintain accurate and thorough information in ticketing system
- Research and resolve problems through all IT functions
- Collaborate with peers to form technical solutions
- Complete day-to-day help desk tickets, assigned projects, and any additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead (like Promo related issues, Reconciliation of sales data, Support ReSA, Stylus, Report generation etc.,
- Willingness to learn industry specific and proprietary management systems
- Follow up with users to ensure resolution is complete and satisfactory
- Get complete knowledge on new enhancement or changes in application/ system at store level.
- Support of all internal store based application and trouble shooting.
Eligibility Criteria: Willing to work on rotational shifts
Salary: 1.50 - 1.8 LPA
