Job Description
- Job Location: Chennai, Bengaluru / Bangalore, Noida
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/ email/chat for customer’s end users
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware/software / network problem resolution.
- Use the Incident Management System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users

- ITIL complete process
- Linux & Unix Complete
- Windows 10 server complete
- MSO
- MS-Outlook configuration
- Working knowledge of Lotus Domino Servers & Blackberry servers
- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG
- Educational criteria: BE/BTech(CS/IT), BCA, MCA, MSc(CS), BSc(CS) from 2015, 2016, 2017 batches
- Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite.
