Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM).
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Active Directory, Okta, or similar IAM solutions.
Experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Access Governance.
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and identity lifecycle management.
Understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Kerberos.
Experience in incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
