L3-Linux Azure+Admin
Job Description:
Mentoring L1 and L2 resources on any issues and process related queries.
The undertaking of resolution of Service Incidents and requests that cannot be handled by an L1 resource (non-standard tasks where work instructions are not available)
Based on the individual technical skill can take-up the SME task.
Support L1 team for Patching for Windows servers, Linux servers.
Ensuring SLA adherence on all ticketing tools.
Critical Server Hardening/ Server onboard validations.
AV validations.
Configuration and development of Access management work instructions based on industry best practices.
Has to follow the instruction provided by Managers/Leads/SME
Adherence to guidance provided senior leads and managers. Following process documentation.
Preparing & validating any reports as necessary.
Maintaining agreed on SLA on all ticketing tools.
Critical Server Hardening/ Server onboard validations.
AV validations.
Access management
Has to follow the instruction provided by Managers/Leads/SME
24x7 Support and On-Call Support
Azure Skills
Public Cloud build blocks, compute, backup, storage, network and disaster recovery.
Designing, Managing and Troubleshooting on Production Environment
Work Experience
Should have 7-10 Years experience on undertaking Server Administration and Support
Exposure to Cloud Support Technologies and Platforms would be beneficial.
Deep understanding and Experience of Performance Analysis of Server, Storage and Network and undertake the resolution of issues on the same.
Troubleshooting experience of Windows issues like BSOD, Kernel Panic, Memory Leak and similar technical issues.
Deep understanding and experience of clustering technologies (design, build, troubleshoot and operate) – Specific to Windows and Linux
A separate line for Network
Deep understanding and experience of Identity Access Mgmt especially AD and NIS (design, build troubleshoot and operate)
Extensive Experience in Scripting Powershell, Bash and Python.
Windows / Linux Certification e.g. Azure Administration, RHEL
Experience: 9-12 Years
