4. Categories of retired employees eligible for post retirement engagements: Experience in related field
5. Such re-engagement shall be initially for a period of one year and subject to extension on subsequent years on satisfactory performance and physical fitness till posting of new recruits on regular/ contractual / outsourcing basis whichever is earlier.
6. But in no case the period of re-engagement of such retired employees shall be more than 4 years or beyond the age of 65 years as per Govt rule.
7. The requirement of retired employees for engagement may increase or decrease.
Age Limit:
Below the age of 65 years for re-engagement in the offices/colleges of OUAT.
