Job Description
Laboratory Attendant
No. Of Post: One position
Project: “Characterization of Dictyostelium Two-pore calcium channel (TPC2) protein and its role in the progression of autophagy and Htt protein aggregate formation”.
Eligiblity: Candidates with experience in handling Dictyostelium cultures as well as office work would be preferred. The appointment will be for an initial period of one year and may be extended on yearly basis for a further period of two years subject to satisfactory progress of the candidate. The candidates are required to attend an interview (offline or online) in School of Life Sciences at JNU at their own cost. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. The position is purely temporary and the maximum duration is for 3 years.
The candidate should be a 12th pass with science.
Salary: Rs 15, 000/- per month fixed. (norms as per DST rules). There would be an increase of Rs 1000/- per year/per month.
