Job Description

1. Post: Labour Supervisor, LHMC & Smt. S.K. Hospital, New Delhi.

2. Pay Band: Pay Matrix Level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100)

3. Eligibility: By deputation basis.

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territory or autonomous or statutory organizations or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institution :

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) In level 3 in the pay matrix (Rs. 21700-69100) with five years regular service in the parent cadre or department;

(iii) In level 2 ( Rs. 19900-63200) in the pay matrix with eight years regular service in the parent cadre or department; and possessing following qualification and experience:

(a) 10+2 pass from a recognised Board or University.

(b) three years experience in supervision of Group 'C' staff such as their deployment, monitoring of punctuality, assessment of performance, conduct and discipline; and maintenance ot their attendance and leave recora ana tnelr weltare
