Job Summary
Junior Associate / Law Graduate, The incumbent must possess good command over the English Language and should also be tech-savvy. The incumbent shall be exposed to diverse litigation primarily in the Hon'ble High Court of Madras
Responsibilities and Duties
The incumbent will have to :
⦁ Research on the facts of a case, relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
⦁ Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems
⦁ Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for review and case preparation.
⦁ Write Articles with regard to the Cases prepared and contested. 
⦁ Draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts and mortgages.
⦁ Get affidavits and other formal statements, Help Senior Associates during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes.
⦁ Call clients, witnesses, lawyers and brief for Cross examination. 
Additional Qualifications : 
⦁ Familiarity with MS Office, Ability to type 70+ words per minute
⦁ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
⦁ Highly organized and detail-oriented, Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Candidates having litigation experience along with an attitude to work with Team shall be a preferred.
